We understand that plans may change. Here is our transparent cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation by the Customer:
- 15 days or more before departure: 100% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
- No-show on travel date: No refund
Cancellation by Traveoly:
If a tour is canceled by us due to insufficient bookings or unavoidable circumstances:
- You will receive a 100% refund or can reschedule the trip to a later date.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- In case of payment gateway charges or third-party deductions, the balance amount will be refunded.
Changes to Booking:
- You may request rescheduling at least 7 days before the travel date, subject to availability and extra charges (if applicable).
